2-piece vintage inspired aerial silks costume with stripes, bows, stars, spangles...oh my! I think this is pure joy and I had to give it a happy, nostalgic name. I created the distressed stripes by airbrushing them onto pearl metallic mystique spandex. The velvet is a pretty pale red color trimmed in pale gold. I gave the gold lace and stars a patina effect giving it an antiqued look. Check out the last pic which was my inspiration board!
- upper is stretch velvet, princess seams, and gathered bust. sequin fabric is lined.
- gold embroidered stars, lace, and trim are embellished with crystal stones. bottoms are mystique spandex and stretch velvet.
- ultra high waisted bottoms, modest, vintage cut bootie, striped sections are lined.
